Arild Holm, CFA

Arild brings three decades of extensive national and international experience as a financial analyst,
researcher, and portfolio manager to our Investment Committee. Arild adds significant depth to our
investment philosophy and process for the benefit of clients.

A native of Norway, Arild attended the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology in
England, where he earned a degree in Management Sciences with Honors before getting his MBA with
an emphasis in Finance at the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Arild lived in Abu Dhabi in the UAE where he worked for ADIA, one of the largest sovereign wealth funds
in the world. He moved to Amsterdam, Netherlands to be employed with the largest pension fund in the
Netherlands, APG Asset management, where he co-managed a developed market energy and utility
fund before joining the Investment Committee.
