Jared Sutton, CFA, CFP®

Jared adds an additional layer of analytical and technical expertise to the Investment Committee. His
background includes extensive experience in computer science and finance. Jared attended Indiana
University-Bloomington for his undergraduate business and computer science degrees, and the
University of Iowa for his MBA with a finance emphasis.

Jared worked as a business analyst and derivatives broker before entering the wealth management
profession. His experience in data analytics and research has enhanced the technologically intensive
elements of the financial, estate, tax, and investment planning disciplines. His responsibilities as an
advisor span the breadth of these areas and, within the investment planning realm, also include
portfolio construction and management, asset allocation, and individual investment selection.

Jared has developed diverse research pursuits in the areas of behavioral finance, portfolio theory,
economic history, and macroeconomic analysis. He is responsible for leading the development and
ongoing refinement of a proprietary quantitative screening model that examines the fundamental and
technical components of individual securities.

Jared enjoys working at local shelters and is closely involved in the Disque Foundation, supporting the
mission to advance and provide health care education to underserved areas, both domestic and abroad.
